With AccuChex’s vast range local payroll delivery options, including a personal courier service that runs four days a week, we make it our priority to get you your company’s payroll so your employees don’t have to watch that clock and wonder where their paycheck is. We want you and your employees to get paid as badly as you do.

AccuChex courier services are currently delivering as far north as Ocean Isle, North Carolina and as far south as Pawley’s Island, South Carolina. If a business falls within these parameters, the cost is only $5.25 for each payroll delivered. We also utilize FedEx, which offers a number of delivery options that can best fit our client’s needs. With FedEx, we can personalize your payroll to require a signature upon delivery of either an employee or the signature of the addressee. This way, the weariness that owners may have about their payroll being delivered to just anyone is solved. FedEx also offers Saturday delivers to most places meaning that if you accidentally forget to pay an employee, we can print and send the check before the weekend is over and before you have angry employees on your hands. However, if FedEx is not an option for you, we also mail payrolls in security-sealed envelopes, either priority or regular mail. Our envelopes are made in such a way that it is impossible to open them without tearing the seal and it being obvious that the payroll has been opened. We can also hold them here in our office for pick-up.

It is important to remember that with each method of delivery, there are many flexible options. For example, we have a client that lies outside of our courier parameters, but our friendly couriers meet him inside those parameters when he needs them to. Also, if you usually pick up your payroll here at the office but decide that you need it delivered that week, that is no problem at all as long as your business is local. Many clients of ours have several locations. We save our clients time and headache by separating each location for them and mailing them to the appropriate addresses. When you have a business with 20 or more locations, it puts you at ease knowing that your several hundred employees have received their checks in a timely manner.
