Security is a huge part of every step of the AccuChex process and when it comes to safe and secured delivery it’s no different. For starters, AccuChex makes sure that each and every employee understands the importance of security and complies with the many measures we take to insure that security. Seal security checks have proven to be the most secure way.

If you choose to have pressure sealed security checks, each individual check is sealed right here at our office as soon as it comes off the printers. These checks are self-sealed so you must tear open the individual check, which prevents someone other than the employer or employee from seeing the contents of the check without anyone knowing. These Pressure-Sealed Checks are then placed in a Security-Sealed Envelope, which clearly show if anyone has tried to tamper with it. But that’s still not all. When we deliver your payroll we don’t just drop it off to whomever might be there, we only deliver to specific approved people at each company. Both AccuChex couriers are supplied with company phones which are used in case the payroll contact isn’t at that location. They will call the office and then our payroll specialists get on the phones immediately to find out with whom they can leave the payroll.

When we set up your business, we will ask you who the payroll contacts are for your company. That person, or people, will be put into our database until you tell us otherwise. That way, the payroll contacts for your business can be accessed by all the members of our AccuChex family and only they will be given employees information. This way, you can rest assure that your personal, sensitive information isn’t given to just any one who calls our office. Our payroll specialists take your security just as seriously as they take their own.
